Lot 20SD 3 Day Knife Making Class with Daniel Winkler
3 Day Forging and Knife making class with Master Bladesmith Daniel Winkler.
The winner will get a 3-day class for 2 people at the Winkler Knives Shop in Boone NC.
Lodging will be provided and 1 Evening Meal. No additional fees for the class.
All materials and equipment will be provided.
Each person will make a knife with personal instructions from Daniel Winkler.
From forging a blade, Grinding the steel, making the handle, continuing through the entire process.
During the instruction process, Daniel will also make a knife, and the winner will receive that finished knife along with a Karen Shook Sheath.
Travel is not included.
Class dates will be scheduled to accommodate both the auction winner(s) and Daniel Winkler within 2 years of the close of the auction.
The winner(s) should bring work clothes (this can be a dirty job), leather gloves, and eye protection.
